Penrith Farms serves young adults, 18 years old and over, that need direction and guidance in the springtime of their lives. Direction and guidance must come from within, and our goal is to help with the fundamental core virtues of: Honesty, Integrity, Responsibility, Compassion, and Reliability. We provide a dynamic environment, where young adults are free to explore the directions their life can take them but meet resistance when acceptable boundaries are crossed.
Our staff guides young adults toward the goals they have chosen and help them fulfill the obligations they have established for themselves. At Penrith Farms we operate on a discovery model where students choose from a series of activities and make their own daily schedules. When students desire activities beyond what we offer on campus, Penrith Farms makes every effort to reach out and bring the necessary resources to the young adult to enable them to follow through with their passions.
In the end, our goal is provide a dynamic, challenging, and meaningful environment where young adults learn the importance of work and fulfilling obligations, the value of honesty, and the necessity of having faith in others. With these foundations, a young adult is ready for life’s challenges and moving forward along the path they create for themselves.
